Ingredients (for 1 long drink glass)
Infusion of 6cl gin with 1 EILLES TEE Rosehip with Hibiscus Tea Diamond
2cl fresh lime juice
2 slices fresh ginger
1 pinch Hawaii salt
Rose lemonade
Ice cubes
Candied ginger and edible flowers for decoration
Preparation
Make an infusion from gin and EILLES Rosehip and Hibiscus Tea. Pour the gin into a small bottle, add the EILLES Tea Diamond® and let it steep for about an hour. Place two slices of ginger in a highball glass, press lightly and sprinkle with a pinch of Hawaii salt. Then add the remaining ingredients and fill the glass with ice cubes. To decorate, place the candied ginger on a wooden skewer and place on the edge of the glass. At the end, decorate with an edible flower.
